My request is the esd blister tray, it is difficult for me to find a good blister tray manufacturer to pack our pcba products. The blister outline dimension 275mm x 175mm x 30mm and antistatic material is fixed, producer will help to design the cells base on the pcba sample. They suggest 1.2mm ps black raw material and 70 cells in the tray. To get a perfect blister tray, we ask PCBontime to produce 4 times of different samples, the 4th sample was finally approved for mass production, thank you for their patience and good service. It is really happy order at PCBontime, glad to chose them!
